WHAT THEY USE EVERY DAY
Day plan“We set tasks for tomorrow or for any other day, and nobody forgets anything. Drivers see their plan in the morning.”
Discussion in the task“The whole conversation about a task sits in the task itself — no more hunting for it across chats.”
Calendar“Nobody distracts you in chats during a meeting, and the calendar shows who’s out of the office.”
Calls“We hold office meetings in OpenBP calls and have had no problems with them at all.”

As many as you like. The price depends on the plan; the number of people doesn’t change it.
There’s the free “Ready!” plan and three paid ones: $49, $99 and $199 a month for the whole space. The free plan has everything for team work, while the B2B portal for your clients and IP telephony come with the paid plans. Paying for a year costs the same as 10 months. For a team of 20–100 people we recommend “Set!”. “Full throttle!” starts at $500 a month, on contract terms.
Automatic import is partial for now. We move the rest of your active boards together with you when we set up the space, and archives can stay where they are.
No. Personal Telegram stays. Work conversations move to OpenBP: task discussions, department chats and company chats.
Yes: for Android on Google Play and for iPhone on the App Store. On a computer OpenBP runs in the browser, and you can install it as an app with notifications.
Partly. Whatever you’ve already opened can be read offline, and the messages you write go out as soon as the connection is back. While you’re offline, new data doesn’t update.
No. Everyone builds their own day plan and starts their own timer. The manager sees plan and actuals for each task. OpenBP takes no screenshots and doesn’t record what employees do.
Files from the drives are exported as a ZIP archive, and time reports to Excel. Data is stored on managed servers in the EU; if you need your own server, we’ll discuss it separately.
Yes. The AI assistant turns a message into a draft task or meeting, answers questions about your tasks and calendar, and checks with you before it changes anything. We switch it on for you during setup.
Google Workspace has mail, documents and Meet. OpenBP has tasks with a day plan, chat, calls, a calendar with time off, a wiki and a drive, but no mail. Keep your mail in Google and run your team’s work in OpenBP.
OpenBP for teams starts with tasks, the day plan and chat. When you get to clients and sales, you can add a CRM in the same space.
Development teams that need sprints, subtasks and dependencies between tasks. And small teams that get by with free tools.
