For many years we implemented accounting systems for companies in Ukraine and Poland. Since 2022 we have been building our own workspace for teams, so Ukrainian businesses can work without Russian software.

First clients
The first companies work in OpenBP every day, and we keep developing the product, including the AI assistant.
Pilots
We build OpenBP at full speed, run the first pilot deployments and design how AI will work inside the product.
First prototypes
We build the first working prototypes of OpenBP, grow our development and support teams and rework our own processes. We keep working with long-standing clients in Ukraine and Poland.
The OpenBP team
We help clients in Ukraine move off Russian software. We strengthen the team and support in Poland, bring together the core OpenBP team and lay out the product’s architecture around real business needs.
OpenBP begins
We support our clients through the hardest year. In Poland, more than 50 new clients join us. We start building OpenBP so that Ukrainian companies can leave Russian software behind.
Outsourced accounting
We open a new line of work, accounting outsourcing in Ukraine: our first 50 clients hand their bookkeeping over to us completely. We take care of everything around it too: servers, computers, software and accounting. We keep building integrations between our products and other systems.
Going remote
We speak at international automation summits, move partly to remote work and launch new product lines in Poland. Our support desk answers 8,000 requests a year, 20–30 a day on average.
Partner network
We grow our partner network, take on new implementations and keep training the team.
Support team
We run implementations in Ukraine and Poland at the same time and set up a support service that helps clients every day.
More complex processes
We automate ever more complex client processes and write custom extensions and integrations for them.
Accounting in Poland
We do accounting and reporting for Polish companies. Alongside our own products, we implement SYMFONIA and InsERT.

Together we write down the company’s mission and values: professionalism, honesty and mutual respect. We decide who we want to be for our clients.
Expertise
Our team of certified specialists grows. We build the first integrations of our systems with external services and set up automatic data exchange between accounting and management modules.
Turnkey service
We add new solutions around Modulsoft:ERP and start offering server administration and hosting, so clients get everything from one place.
Clients in Poland
The first small and medium-sized Polish companies move to Modulsoft:ERP. We support them from start to finish and adapt the system to Polish law.
Modulsoft:ERP
We develop Modulsoft:ERP and bring it to the Polish market as a complete accounting system for Polish companies.
City transport
We develop automation for city transport, work more closely with international partners and grow the team considerably.
Forestry
We design and build an automation system for 29 forestry enterprises in the Volyn, Vinnytsia and Rivne regions, then set up their accounting.
First project in Poland
Our first project in Poland: software for the city transport distribution systems of RG. After it we work in Poland, Czechia and France, including for the railways, and start a separate low-level programming practice.
Sales agents
We write and implement software for retail chains in the region. We create our own mobile app for the sales agents of distribution companies.
WOG, PAKKO, Volyn-Avto
We implement accounting systems at the WOG filling-station chain, the PAKKO wholesale network and the Volyn-Avto car service. We write and launch software for tailoring businesses.
