1A drive for every department
Accounting, contracts, marketing: each department has its own drive, and each employee a personal one. You give access to a person, a department, a group or the whole company: view, edit or manage.
Access is set for the whole drive. A folder that needs its own access becomes a drive of its own.
2A network folder on every computer
The drive connects in Windows File Explorer and in the Mac Finder like a regular network drive. Each device gets its own password, which you can revoke.
Works while there’s an internet connection: files aren’t synced to the laptop.
3Documents edited together
Word, Excel and PowerPoint files open right in the browser, and several people can work on one file at the same time. No more sending copies around.
4Mistakes can be undone
Every file keeps its earlier versions, and any of them can be restored. Deleted files wait in the bin for 30 days.
5A link for a client
You open a file or folder to people outside the company with a link that leads to the current version. You set how long it works, and the administrator decides whether links are allowed at all.

Someone left, their files stayed
When an employee is switched off, they can no longer sign in to the space. Their personal drive and its files don’t disappear: they stay with the company’s administrators.

Look at whose account it is. A personal Google Drive leaves with the person who quits. In OpenBP every drive belongs to the company, and the administrator gives out access.
People open the drive just like a network folder. But it doesn’t depend on the power at the office and doesn’t need someone to look after it: the files are on servers in the EU.
